- Customer contact: maximum 2 years after last contact moment
- Account details: as long as you have an account with us
- If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
- For customers that register on our website, we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.
What rights do you have over your data?
You have the right to:
- Request access to your personal data
- To have your data corrected or deleted. This excludes any data we are required to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
