Refund & Return Policy

We do our best to make you happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return your order under the following conditions:

Conditions for returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item can be returned to the store or online store within 14 days of receipt.
  • The item must be returned in the condition in which you received it.
  • The item must be returned properly packaged and complete.
  • New products must not have been worn, washed or otherwise used.

Return costs and refund

The costs for returning a product are at your own expense. These costs are equal to the original shipping costs of your order.

Once we have received and checked the return in good condition, you will receive a confirmation by email. In this email we will also let you know whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If your return is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If only part of your order is returned, only the items in question will be refunded.

Received damaged or incorrect item

If your product is damaged or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt via the Contact form with photos of the article and packaging. We will provide a suitable solution.

Return procedure

  1. Register your return using the return form below.
  2. We will send you a return link via email. By clicking on this link, you can download the return label.
  3. Print out the return label or use the digital barcode if you use 'printerless returns'.
  4. Pack the item carefully, preferably in the original packaging.
  5. Please attach a copy of the invoice.
  6. Take the package to a PostNL location or another drop-off point indicated by us. If you use 'printerless returns', the label will be scanned from your smartphone and printed on the spot.
  7. Send the package to the specified return address: this is the store, or the online store, where you purchased the item!
  8. Please retain proof of postage until we have processed your return.
  9. We will send you a message as soon as we have received your return in good order.
